Founded as a property management company in 2023, JMAT Management Group, LLC quickly adapted to the growing demand for short-term and mid-term rentals, particularly in response to the surge in domestic travel during and after the COVID-19 era.

 

Through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement, we collaborate with both residential and commercial landlords, providing them with stable, guaranteed income.
